Our Services

Pump Fitness is a small group training environment so that our team has the capacity to focus very well on all of our clients in the session. We are fans of group training... but when you get into the high capacity boot camps, thats when things start to seem clunky, disorganized and unstructured with no true results driven process for each individual in the room.

This is a very structured strength/ resistance training based program that is 100% client specific, skill specific and tailored / moderated to your fitness level. Everything you will do in your sessions is highly tailored to you and any modifications that need to be made will have been pre planned prior to your session starting.

 

Our team places a priority on developing your skills around strength training and how to execute movements with proper mechanics. When we have to modify movements, we always provide context around our approach and of course show you how to progress the movement as you improve. It is not a "one size fits all approach".

 

This is a highly specialized and structured training environment fit for those that want and need significant help, attention to detail and high level experience in their services. There's a big difference between general exercise and training.

Training Program

The training program is focused around 3 primary days a week of structured workouts. 

Structured & periodized training phases are designed to last 2-4 weeks at a time to maximize results. 


Training sessions are 1 hour long and structured with the ability to customize any movement of any part of your workout. 

You are welcome to arrive early and utilize the facility before your session starts

Nutrition

Proper nutrition is so incredibly important and we certainly understand that there is a ridiculous amount of information out there.

Low carb, keto, carnivore, blood type diet.... alllll the stuff. No real context and no way of applying them long term.

We are here to take a personalized and science backed approach and help you develop the skills along the way to sustain a true lifestyle that is rich in nutrition that is right for YOUR body.

Progress Tracking & Accountability

Losing weight is one thing.

 

Losing body fat and maintaining or even gaining lean muscle is another. 

It's important to understand your metabolism, cardio metabolic risk factors and your body composition if you want to get the best results and sustain them long term. 

Our team is here to track all of this, help connect the dots, make an effective plan and hold you accountable along the way.
